Sri C. Bhimasena Rao National College of Law, Shivamogga, was established in 1966 by National Education Society®, Shivamogga. The College is situated on the banks of river Tunga. BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA, New Delhi has recognized the institution from its inception, and the college is accorded affiliation by KARNATAKA STATE LAW UNIVERSITY. This College of law was the first amongst the law colleges in India to get accredited and assessed by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) –UGC subsidiary by 2001. The college functions in an atmosphere of well equipped campus located in the heart of the city. Committed to excellence in Legal Education, the College has a thoughtfully developed infrastructure for imparting legal knowledge and skills of Advocacy.
